Job & Responsibilities –
Responsibilities
- You have to manage & provide guidance to the Government Purchase card (Pcard) holders for the xEMU team. Also, Understand the Pcard guidelines, procurement restrictions, and ensure requests are addressed by the Pcard team in a timely manner.
- You will be responsible to manage the PPC team in performance of schedule management, configuration/data management, resource management, risk management, acquisition management, strategic assessments, milestone review planning, communications, and administrative support.
- Lead the planning of xEMU project milestone reviews to include timeframe, content, agenda, and participants.
- Manage the xEMU project’s contractor support by integrating xEMU team members’ requirements, providing task order input, assessing contractors’ proposed solutions and resource impacts, and coordinating timely performance evaluation inputs.
- To Develop Per month TCSR packages that provide xEMU project status on budget, workforce, procurement, schedule, risk, and technical achievement. In alignment with the project schedule, also include special topics regarding upcoming milestone reviews.
- Coordinate with the EVA Office and the Gateway PPC teams on requests for analyses and data input from the xEMU project team.
