Eligibility Criteria : Any Graduate in Any Specialization & Minimum 6+ years of experience in a Business Analysis function in an international investment bank and / or a major consulting firm within financial services .

Required Skills
- Experience in documents all business requirements based on client inputs and industry experience
- Ability to construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
- Experience in creating reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
- Experience in translating / articulating /converting the business requirements in a format understandable to the technical team.
- Experience in defining the business rules for data profiling. Ability to analyze the data anomalies and its impact on business
- Proven ability to deliver in matrix management environment without direct resource ownership
- Experience in process improvement analysis and business process reengineering.
- Proven track record of execution and results, high level of drive to meet deadlines and targets.
Salary : Rs. 1,75,000 – 5,50,000
